Portamento is the second studio album by American indie pop band, The Drums. The album is scheduled for a release in the United Kingdom on 12 September 2011 through Moshi Moshi and Island Records and will preceeded by the release of lead single "Money" on 4 September. The lead single taken from Portamento will be "Money". The single will be released as a digital download in the United Kingdom on 4 September 2011.

The Drums are an American indie pop band from Brooklyn, New York, with members stemming from the shortlived band Elkland (formerly Goat Explosion). The band is currently on the Moshi Moshi/Island (UK), Popfrenzy (AU) and Downtown (US) labels.
